DMCA Policy
MusicTiktok.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, MusicTiktok.com will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to MusicTiktok.com's Designated Copyright Agent, identified in the sample notice below.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the MusicTiktok.com website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to MusicTiktok.com's Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of Notice as described below, MusicTiktok.com will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the MusicTiktok.com website.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice"):
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the MusicTiktok.com website where such material may be found.
- Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice: (a) "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)." (b) "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

We caution you that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on MusicTiktok.com is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Counter-Notification: If you elect to send us a counter notice, to be effective it must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):
- A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, any judicial district in which MusicTiktok.com may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a counter notification as described above, MusicTiktok.com will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter notification and inform that party we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content no less than 10, but not more than 14 business days after receipt of the counter notice, if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you.
Please note that repeat infringers will have their account terminated.
